Your responsibilities in a few words!

Take charge of the accounting management of customers, ensuring assiduous follow-up and answering their specific questions – Record taxes and sales, and file GST/QST returns on time – Perform bank reconciliations – Manage accounts payable and receivable – Perform all necessary month-end accounting entries – Enter collected information into the customer’s payroll system – Prepare necessary annual reports – Maintain relationships with customers through weekly follow-up – Validate and clarify customer accounting requests autonomously. Independently manage customers’ entire accounting cycle – Validate and clarify customer requests to guarantee quality of service – Structure customers’ accounting processes with a view to continuous improvement – Implement automations in the cloud-based systems used – Travel to customers’ premises as required, on an ad hoc and optional basis, depending on specific needs – Prepare cost reports for customer grants

Your assets for this position!

DEC or BAC in accounting
Minimum 5 to 6 years with full accounting cycle and tax returns
Knowledge of payroll systems and Quickbooks
Supervisory experience or people management skills
Excellent interpersonal and coaching communication skills
Sense of responsibility, autonomy, organization and ability to propose solutions
Results-oriented
Bilingualism: required
