Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prepare weekly payroll and related remittances – Manage receivables, including billing and collections – Perform financial analyses and monthly reports – Administer employee time banks – Oversee continuous improvement accounting processes – Make bank deposits and manage backup accounts payable – Collaborate with teams to optimize procedures – Promote organizational culture and values.

Your assets for this position!

Minimum 2 years' experience with the complete payroll cycle (T4, R1, remittances, etc.)
Knowledge of EMPulse and/or Virtuo software (an asset)
Ability to perform progressive project invoicing (in English)
Experience in accounting analysis and financial reporting (an asset)
Knowledge of Power BI, a plus
Professional command of French (oral and written)
Functional level of English (written and reading mainly)
Autonomy and ability to improve accounting processes
