Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prospect for new talent and develop a professional network – Work closely with account managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are understood and candidates are evaluated against well-defined criteria – Execute specific candidate research and proactively headhunt to introduce account manager candidates – Post job openings on appropriate job boards and be creative in developing other channels and tactics to fill positions – Propose innovative strategies to search for potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks, etc.)Analyze and follow up on applications – Maintain candidate files in our software (Zoho One) – Participate in various special organizational development projects

Your assets for this position!

  • A DEC or Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting, finance, HR, marketing, etc.)
