Your responsibilities in a few words!
Prepare monthly entries, provisions and collection calculations – Analyze balance sheet accounts and produce variance reports – Make annual adjustments for operating costs and taxes – Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts – Handle tenant-related requests – Contribute to process improvement and documentation – Perform any other related tasks required
Your assets for this position!
Full-cycle accounting experience (2 years or more)
Asset: real estate experience or CPA designation
Ability to communicate in French for government exchanges
Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
Ambition and discipline to meet financial challenges
Bilingualism in French and English (professional level)
