Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage residential properties, including insurance, inventory of valuables and coordination with household staff – Organize and coordinate travel, including private/commercial transportation, accommodations and activities – Oversee automobile fleet and recreational vehicles – Plan private and social events, including restaurant reservations, Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all duties – Work closely with family members, staff and suppliers to meet their needs in a proactive and courteous manner.

Your assets for this position!

7+ years' experience in a similar role (private concierge, property management, or high-end executive support)
University degree or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of property management and logistics coordination
Bilingualism: articulate in French and English (spoken and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism, discretion and adaptability to a dynamic environment
Valid driver's license and availability to travel occasionally
