Your responsibilities in a few words!
Guide and support HR generalists – Support managers in personal and professional development – Lead the recruitment and integration of new talent – Resolve complex employee relations issues – Ensure accurate payroll management with ADP Workforce Now – Oversee benefits administration with Blue Cross – Manage workers’ compensation claims and extended leave – Develop and implement HR initiatives and company policies – Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies – Create and revise internal communications and documentation – Organize and manage social event planning – Manage occupational health and safety initiatives.
Your assets for this position!
3 to 5 years' experience in HR and payroll management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Team management skills and ability to lead HR initiatives
Excellent documentation and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills with discretion
Good understanding of labour laws and HR policies
Knowledge of ADP payroll software (an asset)
Excellent command of English and ability to communicate in French
