Your responsibilities in a few words!

Diriger la préparation des rapports financiers destinés à la haute direction et aux investisseurs – Fournir une analyse détaillée de la performance et des écarts – Gérer le processus complet de budgétisation, prévisions et planification à long terme – Superviser la mise à jour et le suivi des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) – Coordonner les budgets et prévisions pour les départements G&A et services partagés – Contribuer à l’implantation de nouveaux systèmes et processus – Soutenir l’équipe de direction dans les projets spéciaux – Préparer des rapports de gestion ad hoc – Améliorer les processus et l’efficacité de l’équipe – Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes.

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation (an asset)
University degree in accounting, finance or related field
Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in FP&A
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and performance review processes
Knowledge of D365 and Adaptive (an asset)
Experience in supervising a small team
Familiarity with financial systems and reporting processes
Experience in a transforming environment
Bilingualism required, French and English
