Your responsibilities in a few words!
Accompagner l’équipe dans les changements organisationnels et technologiques – Superviser la comptabilité, la paie et la facturation – Assurer l’intégrité et la conformité des états financiers – Produire et analyser les états financiers consolidés – Élaborer et superviser la planification budgétaire – Mettre en place des processus et contrôles internes optimisés – Assurer une veille sur les meilleures pratiques financières et réglementaires – Offrir un soutien financier stratégique à la haute direction – Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes multidisciplinaires pour soutenir la croissance
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation and minimum 8 years’ experience in a service company Experience in financial consolidation and production of financial statements
Experience in mergers and acquisitions (an asset)
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
Experience in financial team management, including payroll and billing
Solid understanding of accounting and internal control systems
Mobilizing leadership and change management expertise
Experience in the insurance industry (an asset)
Bilingualism in French and English (professional level)
