Your responsibilities in a few words!

Recruit, train, coach and supervise the sales team – Establish and monitor individual and team objectives – Develop and implement sales strategies and KPIs – Identify and develop market opportunities, especially in Ontario – Maintain strong relationships with key customers and develop new ones – Oversee presence at industry events, trade fairs and shows – Analyze team performance and provide strategic recommendations – Ensure regular follow-up of results to management.

Your assets for this position!

BAA and 4 to 5 years' experience in team management in the distribution sector¸
Fluency in French and English at a professional level
Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse team
Natural leadership and strong business acumen
Proficiency in managing performance indicators and CRM tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Collaborative and pragmatic spirit to manage challenges in the field
Knowledge of the battery sector (asset)
