Your responsibilities in a few words!

Answer questions in the plants – Quickly learn the payroll system (50% of the role) – Respond to government requests – Train and coach employees in the plants – Validate payroll accuracy – Issue Records of Employment – Process payroll adjustment requests – Monitor and reconcile certain balance sheet accounts – Manage benefits in the system (insurance, Calculate insurance retro-payments – Close various banks and calculate final vacation credits – Support preparation and dispatch of monthly remittance files to suppliers – Prepare audit file for balance sheet accounts at end of fiscal year

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting or finance) or equivalent ;
More than three (3) years of relevant professional experience in accounting analysis;
Knowledge and current use of ERP software, consolidation and financial analysis tools;
Bilingual (French & English)
