Your responsibilities in a few words!
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable and payroll – Optimize cash flow and manage liquidity – Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, quarterly and annual financial statements – Develop and implement robust internal controls to secure company assets – Contribute to digital transformation by optimizing ERP processes – Analyze production costs and identify expense reduction opportunities – Collaborate with internal partners and suppliers to support growth strategies – Coach and develop the finance team to promote a culture of continuous improvement – Actively participate in human resources management projects, including payroll and temporary worker management – Involvement in digital transformation projects including post ERP integration optimization – Opportunity to build and develop the finance department with a strategic role within the management team
Your assets for this position!
7 to 10 years' experience in finance, including at least 3 years as a controller
CPA certification required
Advanced mastery of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Project management and process optimization skills
Experience in manufacturing or transportation environments
Expertise in cost analysis and cash management
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence management
Bilingual in French and English with professional ability in both languages
