Your responsibilities in a few words!

Diriger les processus de fin de mois et produire les états financiers – Effectuer le cycle des comptes payables et recevables – Effectuer la saisie des factures et le traitement des paiements – Effectuer la conciliation bancaire et des cartes de crédit – Assurer la conformité des déclarations fiscales (TPS, TVQ, etc.) – Élaborer et suivre les budgets et prévisions financières – Mettre en place et renforcer les contrôles internes – Gérer les flux de trésorerie, y compris ceux des filiales à l’étranger – Préparer la paie et les commissions – Participer à la planification stratégique de l’entreprise – Produire les rapports de ventes mensuels et trimestriels – Gérer les relations avec les banques et les parties prenantes externes

Your assets for this position!

Minimum 5 years with full accounting cycle including preparation of financial statements
Advanced mastery of Excel
Experience in an entrepreneurial or high-growth context (an asset)
Mastery of the Canadian payroll process and annual declarations (an asset)
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo (an asset)
Knowledge of Ceridian (an asset)
Complete mastery of English and professional ability in French
