Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise and coordinate all general accounting activities – Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements – Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts – Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement – Implement and maintain effective internal control systems – Coordinate internal and external audits – Advise management on strategic financial decisions – Ensure compliance with local and international tax requirements.

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting
Experience as a controller in a fast-growth environment
Experience in personnel management
Experience in the construction or real estate sectors (an asset)
Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Functional bilingualism: clear written and oral communication (in French and English)
