Your responsibilities in a few words!
Supervise and develop the finance team, including an analyst to be mentored – Manage external audits and tax compliance with government entities – Prepare and consolidate quarterly and annual financial statements – Develop tax strategy and registrations for liquidations and mergers – Manage cash flow and coordinate intercompany transactions for around 100 entities – Participate in optimizing accounting processes and setting up new structures – Manage bank margins and authorize disbursements on financial platforms.
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation
+5 -15 years' experience in corporate and financial accounting in a multi-entity context
Ability to manage a small team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate with agility in a dynamic and fast-paced context
Experience in production sectors, media or entertainment sectors (an asset)
Familiarity with project-based accounting (an asset)
In-depth knowledge of inter-company transactions and high-volume management
Firm or corporate experience, with a view to SMEs and large corporations
Ability to set up processes and structure operations
Bilingualism in French and English
