Your responsibilities in a few words!

Préparer les états financiers mensuels et annuels – Gérer la trésorerie incluant les comptes payables, recevables, TPS/TVQ et conciliations bancaires multidevises – Assurer la facturation et le suivi des paiements – Préparer et réviser les déclarations financières externes – Administrer la paie et les obligations gouvernementales (DAS, T4, etc.) – Encadrer le personnel administratif – Garantir la conformité des informations financières avec la réglementation – Optimiser les processus comptables et financiers de l’entreprise.

Your assets for this position!

10 years’ experience in accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Excellent command of Acomba and Excel
Experience in SMEs (an asset)
Knowledge of cash flow and debt management (an asset)
Ability to structure and improve accounting processes
Autonomy and rigor in financial management
Organizational skills and effective management of priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingualism in French and English required
