Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prospect for new talent and develop a professional network – Conduct research on specific candidates – Propose innovative strategies for searching for potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks) – Analyze and follow up on applications – Carry out the entire recruitment process (phone call, interview, presentation, coaching, negotiation, etc.) – Conduct proactive headhunting – Maintain candidate files in our computer system (Zoho One)Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates to shine on the market

Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting, finance, HR, marketing, etc.)

Professional designation CPA, CHRP, CFA (assets)

Have sales, counseling or customer service skills, etc.
