Your responsibilities in a few words!
Maintain the general ledger by recording all transactions – Manage accounts payable and receivable accurately – Ensure payroll processing and tax compliance – Prepare monthly and annual financial statements – Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes – Oversee audits and regulatory compliance – Improve internal processes and ensure effective financial controls – Identify cost optimization opportunities and propose improvements – Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial transparency.
Your assets for this position!
Experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3-5 years in operational management
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Strong communication skills, able to simplify financial information for non-financial people
Bilingual : Functional French and advanced English
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
