Your responsibilities in a few words!

Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner – Manage and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies – Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing and customer follow-ups – Support accounts payable activities, including supplier invoice processing, payment planning and expense management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records – Collaborate with finance team to improve processes and strengthen financial reporting – Participate in monthly and annual closing activities – Provide support during audits and other financial reviews, as required

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce, accounting specialization
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience relevant to the role
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and SAGE
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Good team player
Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Bilingualism: position available for an English, French and/or bilingual person
