Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage the budget process – Evaluate current accounting operations – Offer recommendations for improvements – Implement new processes – Evaluate accounting and internal control systems, accounting software effectiveness and supporting database, as required – Develop and monitor corporate performance indicators – Oversee regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance – Coordinate all accounting operational functions – Direct the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for accurate accounting of consolidated results – Prepare internal and external financial statements – Participate in the activities of external auditors – Provide management with information essential to the decision-making process.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
MBA, CPA designation, or relevant real estate experience would be an asset
Minimum 5 years' experience
Knowledge of HOPEM software (asset)
Strong communication, technology, analysis and management skills
Bilingualism: You must communicate well in English, both orally and in writing (French is considered an asset)
