Your responsibilities in a few words!

Carry out complex transactional and commercial files, from strategy to closing – Maintain relationships with customers and contribute to business development to support the department’s growth – Participate in the development and management of other team members

Professional law degree (an asset)

Relevant business law practice

Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role

Experience in technology, pharmaceuticals, engineering or other fields related to intellectual property.

Experience in team management

Bilingualism: functional
