Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise and perform administrative tasks – Answer the phone and greet customers – Prepare and organize administrative documents (declarations, letters, etc.) – Follow up on customer files and correspondence – Manage invoices and bank deposits – Coordinate office supplies – Work closely with government authorities – Use Excel and Caseware to track projects – Provide administrative support in managing tax returns – Perform light maintenance of common areas.

Your assets for this position!

Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience in a varied professional environment, ideally in an accounting firm
Good communication skills in French and English, knowledge of Italian is an asset
Ability to work effectively under supervision and independently
Knowledge of administrative and regulatory documents
Ability to interact with federal and provincial governments
Experience in electronic and paper document management
Ability to evolve in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Mastery of complex administrative tasks with rigor
Commitment and discretion in handling sensitive information
