Your responsibilities in a few words!

Assurer la clôture comptable de fin de mois et de fin d’année – Rapprocher les soldes des livres auxiliaires avec le grand livre – Effectuer les réconciliations mensuelles entre les différentes entités – Enregistrer les transactions liées à la paie dans le grand livre général – Préparer l’analyse et la réconciliation des comptes de bilan – Coordonner les tâches de fin de mois avec l’équipe financière – Collaborer avec les équipes du Mexique pour les rapports financiers – Participer aux audits externes et autres vérifications comptables – Normaliser les politiques comptables du groupe – Contribuer à des projets spéciaux et à l’amélioration continue des processus comptables.

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation required

Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in a growth, merger or acquisition context

Experience in consolidating and managing high-volume inter-company transactions

Experience with ERP and multi-currency environments

Proficiency in EASB standards (knowledge of US GAAP an asset)

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Navision (an asset)

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to structure and improve accounting processes

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with grey areas

Initiative and hands-on approach to building accounting processes)

Advanced command of English and intermediate understanding of French
