Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise and analyze the performance of financial strategies – Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for portfolio companies – Build annual forecasts and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) – Actively participate in acquisition and sales processes – Apply best financial practices to the portfolio – Supervise accounting tasks, including monthly financial closing processes – Organize annual audits and ensure compliance – Develop a high-performance finance team – Support the integration of new acquisitions via the implementation of ERP systems.

Your assets for this position!

CPA with 7-8+ years of accounting experience

At least 3 years’ experience in team management

Ideally from a BIG4 background with industry experience

Knowledge of the software industry and M&A, an asset

Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP, preferably NetSuite

Fluent English (9/10) and professional French (8/10)

Analytical skills and adaptability to gray areas.
