Your responsibilities in a few words!

Develop and direct the company’s marketing and branding strategy – Oversee digital presence including social media and website – Create and optimize external communications such as market summaries and investment commentaries – Ensure accuracy and translation of content into French and English – Work closely with sales teams, IT and customer service teams – Design and develop content adapted to new product offerings – Innovate by following market trends to optimize strategies – Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders – Strategically structure and rebuild the department – Drive cross-functional projects to ensure consistent messaging

Your assets for this position!

Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and communications in the financial or related sector
Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English
Strong ability to take the lead, influence and provide strategic vision
In-depth understanding of financial products and investment dynamics
Experience in managing content and digital initiatives
Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
Proactive leadership with a natural ability to influence
Rigorous attention to detail in external communications
Strong ability to innovate, optimize and develop new solutions
Autonomy, rigor and adaptability in a changing environment.
