Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise, train and coach a finance team, aligning efforts with strategic objectives – Lead financial analysis and planning, including reports, annual budgets, forecasts and profitability studies – Act as a strategic partner to management, providing analysis and recommendations to achieve long-term objectives – Develop and implement strategies to maximize forecast accuracy and financial performance management – Implement financial transformation initiatives, including standardization, automation and optimization of financial processes – Drive innovation and change management through continuous improvement projects and integration of new tools – Maintain an effective internal controls environment, respecting government guidelines and best practices – Collaborate with management to plan, prioritize and execute strategic projects, while promoting a culture of synergy and innovation – Ensure proactive human resources management, fostering team performance, development and cohesion.

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation required with a minimum of 10 years' experience, mainly in FP&A
Expertise in transformation, project management and optimization of financial processes
Engaging leadership with experience in mentoring and change management
Strong command of Excel (modeling, advanced analysis) and familiarity with Power BI
Strong interest in the cultural industry and understanding of regulatory processes
Bilingualism in French and English (professional level)
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (an asset).
Knowledge of government or parapublic environments (an asset)
