Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise and mentor an accounting team of 4 people – Oversee month-end closings, consolidated financial statements and reporting to management – Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with international accounting standards – Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies – Optimize accounting processes and automate transactional operations – Ensure proactive management of financial risks and tax compliance – Contribute to annual budget planning and monitor international budgets – Participate in continuous improvement and provide accounting training to teams.

Your assets for this position!

10 years' experience in accounting, including 5 years in team management
CPA designation required
Experience in managing international subsidiaries and revenue recognition accounting projects
Proficiency in taxation, commodity taxes and tax credits
Proficiency in ERP software (knowledge of Netsuite an asset)
Fluency in spoken and written English and French
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent management of priorities
