Your responsibilities in a few words!
Develop and oversee annual and multi-year budget planning – Optimize cash flow and liquidity – Collaborate with operational teams to ensure project profitability – Manage a team of three financial analysts – Negotiate and review contracts, guaranteeing financial commitments aligned with strategic objectives – Carry out financial modeling, including risk analyses and profitability scenarios – Collaborate with division managers to align financial objectives with operational needs – Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and information systems.
Your assets for this position!
7 to 10 years' experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling
Demonstrated project management and contract negotiation skills
Leadership with ability to coach and motivate a team
Advanced mastery of Excel and ERP software
Strategic orientation and ability to work in project mode
Ability to communicate effectively with executives
Experience in construction, real estate or manufacturing
Bilingualism in French and English
