Your responsibilities in a few words!
Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives – Oversee all HR processes including recruitment, performance management and administrative management – Pilot the implementation of new HR systems to improve internal efficiency – Promote an inclusive and motivating corporate culture – Manage relations with employees and stakeholders – Design structured HR processes and optimize existing procedures – Analyze and improve internal communications to strengthen team commitment.

Degree in human resources management or industrial relations
Member of a relevant professional order
Experience in industrial environments or HR project management
Fluent French (written and spoken)
Good understanding of English
Project management and process implementation skills
Excellent command of office automation tools (MS Office suite)
