Your responsibilities in a few words!

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements – Manage monthly financial closing and month-end reporting – Monitor accounts payable and receivable – Manage cash flow and financing strategy – Ensure tax compliance (GST, QST) – Develop and manage annual budgets – Lead internal and external audits – Contribute to the development of policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs – Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions – Collaborate with management to align financial strategy with corporate objectives – Develop and coach the finance team.

Your assets for this position!

CPA Title
At least 5-20 years of multi-skilled, full-cycle experience in practice and industry(assets)
Ability to play a leading financial role in a fast-growing SME
Knowledge of the distribution, retail or automotive sectors (important assets)
Competence in data analysis and product profitability analysis for decision-making purposes
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is an asset)
Ability to manage a small financial team
French: Capacité professionnelle - English: Capacité fonctionnelle
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investor relations (assets)
Long-term commitment (shareholding opportunities)
