Your responsibilities in a few words!

Produce and review financial reports for a portfolio of projects – Monitor budgets, costs and schedules – Manage cash flow and change orders – Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks – Review payment requests and work in progress – Participate in annual budget development – Optimize existing financial processes – Work closely with project managers to ensure financial objectives are met.

Your assets for this position!

Relevant degree related to accounting
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis
Experience in a project context (asset)
Mastery of financial tools, especially Excel
Ability to take on challenges and question to understand the "why"
Sense of rigor and organization
Great ease with financial technologies and systems (Procore, Genius, would be an asset)
Proactivity, curiosity, and adaptability
Bilingualism
