Your responsibilities in a few words!
Maintain accounting records – Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements – Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and perform bank reconciliations – Coordinate monthly and annual closings – Manage tax compliance and prepare tax returns – Manage payroll via Nethris – Prepare monthly reports for investors – Manage pre-authorized payments and direct deposits.
Your assets for this position!
5 to 7 years' experience with the full accounting cycle, including payroll
SME experience and preparation of financial statements
Knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Complete French and functional English skills
Experience in professional services Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively with various departments
