Your responsibilities in a few words!
Supervise and lead the accounting team – Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s rapid growth – Optimize financial systems and processes by automating repetitive tasks – Ensure financial management of projects while respecting budgets and schedules – Collaborate with owner partners to align financial objectives with strategic goals – Manage relationships with financial partners and banking institutions – Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders – Ensure proper management of liquidity and working capital, several special projects
Your assets for this position!
CPA title
15-20 years' experience in a number 1 position in finance
Experience in an architecture firm (ideally in a growth context)
Understanding of project mode
ERP proficiency (asset)
Experience in financial structure and financing products (asset)
Proficiency in financial automation processes
Bilingual (full capability in French and minimally functional in English)
Excellent team management skills (mobilizing, inclusive and rigorous leadership)
