Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage and track accounts receivable – Perform invoice and purchase order reconciliations – Contact customers for overdue accounts – Record deposits and maintain customer files – Work with Epicor ERP system for financial updates – Coordinate with internal departments, including customer service and sales – Ensure efficient management of accounting processes in a transforming environment.
Your assets for this position!
3 to 5 years' experience in accounts receivable
DEP in accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Epicor ERP
Ability to coordinate with several departments
Knowledge of Windows environment
Autonomy and organizational skills
Proficiency in French and English at professional level
