Your responsibilities in a few words!

Perform detailed reconciliations of customer accounts – Make collection calls and document communications – Prepare and communicate weekly aging reports – Contribute to month-end and year-end processes – Perform credit analyses and recommend limits – Manage risky customer accounts in collaboration with customer service – Participate in the improvement of collection processes

Your assets for this position!

3-5 years' experience in accounts receivable management
Ability to manage multi-entity accounts
Proficiency in accounting systems
Bilingualism French/English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a high volume of work
Proactive and organized
Good analytical skills
Experience in improving manual AR processes
Ability to work as part of a team
