Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage the finance team dedicated to healthcare royalties and some credit strategies – Manage complex fund structures in multiple jurisdictions – Work closely with and support the investment team – Ensure the accuracy of quarterly financial statements and investor reporting – Oversee fund accounting activities such as journal entries and bank reconciliations – Plan and review capital activity for the funds – Coordinate year-end audits and other regulatory requirements – Recruit, train, and develop finance team employees – Represent the department to internal and external stakeholders – Participate in due diligence meetings with potential investors – Manage relationships with service providers – Design and implement strong processes and controls – Provide ad-hoc data requests for internal partners – Lead or get involved in special projects or new fund creation – Review reports and schedules prepared by finance team members
