Your responsibilities in a few words!
Define and update the risk universe applicable to the organization – Lead the risk prioritization exercise – Ensure the implementation of mitigation measures for identified risks – Prepare and present reports to the Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors – Contribute to the implementation of business continuity and crisis management plans – Evaluate and mitigate internal and external fraud risks – Implement risk management training – Ensure the sustainability of risk mitigation measures. Your assets for this position!
Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, economics, financial engineering or equivalent
More than 15 years' relevant experience in risk management
Experience in team supervision and financial governance
Strong IT risk skills
Bilingualism: Very good command of spoken and written French and functional English
Ability to manage a team and influence decisions
Ability to solve complex problems
Good organizational skills and autonomy
